Adult and Teen Challenge of Texas San Antonio Women’s is an awesome program and our team is looking for teammates as we continue to increase!
If you enjoy working as a part of a team discipling women, organizing, inspiring and motivating, leading devotion and evangelism outreaches for women in recovery, as well as have some basic computer interests and administrative understanding – WE are excited about serving the Lord together with YOU!

We have a beautiful campus set on 13 acres made up of a women and children’s program, a new 40 bed dorm single women’s home, and separate 16 bed 3rd phase house; as well as our soon to be opened children’s Montessori day care. Responsibilities include but are not be limited to:
Ministering to students in the ATCOT San Antonio Women, and Women with Children programs. Disciple and oversee direct care of students in program. Lead and engage in bible studies, instruction and devotions. Conduct evangelistic outreaches. Lead Drug Awareness Teams & Choirs as directed by supervisor. Lead Work Jobs as directed by supervisor. Become an advisor and continuing education. Participate in team dealings with student behaviors and discipline as necessary. Case management and administrative tasks as needed. Participate in campus events and chapels as required. All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Qualifications: She shall be a person of spiritual maturity, amiable to the Assemblies of God doctrine, and in full agreement with the Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas mission statement and goals. She shall have a current understanding and working knowledge of addictive problems and their deleterious effects. She shall have knowledge of the various treatment approaches and the reality that the only permanent cure is in Jesus Christ. She shall be empathetic to those with life controlling problems. GED or high school equivalent. Complete the Effective Biblical Counseling course or an equivalent course. Pursuing credentials in the AG or doctrinally similar fellowship.

This is a full time on site live-in position for a kitchen manager.
Do you love to cook and share your love with other women? Our Kitchen Manager needs to love to cook and have the ministry of hospitality. She provides healthy meals for the Women’s programs, with a 60 plus campus to include staff, students and children and growing. She maintains and oversees all aspects of kitchen and cooking. She keeps a very safe, clean kitchen and orderly pantry in compliance with all applicable regulations. She is enthusiastic, uplifting to be around, disciplined yet flexible, able to
prioritize and is well organized. She loves every aspect of cooking from writing delicious and assorted healthy menus with easy to follow descriptions for students to learn cooking and nutrition, to shopping
for all necessary campus items within a budget for kitchen, events, outreaches in the community and busy campus catering needs.

Giving your time. The most precious of all gifts, one’s time, is perhaps the most meaningful gift we can receive. Without the support of volunteers like you, we simply could not operate. Everyone has skills and experience that helps our facilities stay focused and functioning. A few hours a week or a month can provide extra support for our staff members and those in our program.
